noyb filed complaints against the cookie paywalls of seven major German speaking news websites

Today we filed 422 + 36 complaints on "cookie banners" with ten European Data Protection Authorities.

After about a year, the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DPA) finally issued a decision on our first complaint against the credit ranking agency CRIF.

The Austrian Supreme Court referred fundamental questions about Facebook's GDPR compliance to European Court of Justice and issued a partial judgment on damages and access to data.
