This is one of noyb 101 complaints which were filed after the "Schrems II" judgement in Summer 2020. The judgement invalidated the EU-US data transfer mechanism "Privacy Shield". The cases were generated based on implemented Google Analytics or Facebook tracking code on websites by EU providers, which leads to unlawful data transfers to the United States.

Update by Norwegian DPA via DSB

Norwegian DPA states that controller is solely operating in Norway and that the relevent website is only in Norwegian. Data Processing is hence not cross border an cooperation mechanism does not apply.
Controller states to not have used FB tools /uses "dead link / graphic button" that does not allow any collection of personal data or any transfer of personal data before it is actively clicked on by the user, and consequently directed to the Facebook webpage.

They are still looking into that and will keep us updated.
