Case statusOther Outcome
One of the series of complaints on deceptive cookie banners.
DSB dismissed the complaint because of deletion by controller
The controller remedied some violations, but never violation type K. However, the DSB finds that the data of the complainant was deleted and therefore violation type K is now "abstract" and they could only look into it ex officio.
Additional submission by noyb sent
Removed the "Always active" from the optional purposes but they haven't introduced an option to have a granular choice on which of these to consent to. Violation K persists. Deletion is also processing.
Submission sent - type A - type H - type I - type K still persistl type D and type E fixed but there's no proper reject option
DSB sent the controller's submission - 4 weeks to reply
Clarification sent explaining the mixed up names of the json files
DSB forwarded the submission from the controller who requested a clarification from noyb.
