1) Unclear why DPC replied directly and not via DSB (OSS)
2) DPC treated noyb's request as an Access request under Article 15 GDPR, not as a procedural requet to have access to the case files held by the DPC. DPC applied restrictions under Article 23 GDPR in connection with national law on the request.
3) If what the DPC states is correct, so far the only exchange with the controller was the DPC providing them with the complaint and granting two requests for extension of time to reply. All that took place before noyb received the reply and submitted its remarks on 11.10.2024.
