This is one of noyb 101 complaints which were filed after the "Schrems II" judgement in Summer 2020. The judgement invalidated the EU-US data transfer mechanism "Privacy Shield". The cases were generated based on implemented Google Analytics or Facebook tracking code on websites by EU providers, which leads to unlawful data transfers to the United States.

Case no. 00206/2022-Os – The investigations hits the final stage, the Office currently prepares the Draft Decision. Once done - the Decision will be sent to you via Austrian DPA - at which your complaint has been originally lodged.

When we called them, they could not identify the complaints and asked for the case manager as an identifier even though for 2 of the 3 cases pending with the Slovak DPA we even have their own case numbers. They also mentioned that they might have trouble receiving information on complaints that are "so old".
