This is one of noyb 101 complaints which were filed after the "Schrems II" judgement in Summer 2020. The judgement invalidated the EU-US data transfer mechanism "Privacy Shield". The cases were generated based on implemented Google Analytics or Facebook tracking code on websites by EU providers, which leads to unlawful data transfers to the United States.

"I have asked my colleague from the Enforcement department if he could give an estimated timeline with regard to a decision in complaint z2020-14034. He told me that they believe a decision could be finalised between the end of summer and in the course of autumn. "

26.07.2022: case manager is in a meeting but would call back (did not);
29.07.2022: case manager is "unavailable" (not in a meeting and at the office so does not make sense). They wrote him again to call me back
04.08.2022: had a call with case manager; not very far in the proceedings, will take months probably

AP replied that they have send an inquiry to Takeaway.com Group B.V. on 29.01.2021. Takeaway.com Group B.V. has responded to this inquiry on 19.03.2021. The Dutch DPA has send an additional inquiry to Takeaway.com Group B.V. on 28.01.2022.
