This is one of noyb 101 complaints which were filed after the "Schrems II" judgement in Summer 2020. The judgement invalidated the EU-US data transfer mechanism "Privacy Shield". The cases were generated based on implemented Google Analytics or Facebook tracking code on websites by EU providers, which leads to unlawful data transfers to the United States.

CNPD sent the actual decisions (which are in French, not in German). The procedures were stopped, because the controller stopped using the FB tools. No decison on unlawfulness of past data transfers. We decided to accept this decision and to focus on the pending cases.

CNPD informed us (via letters in German) that they have ended the procedures re all three complaints , after the other DPAs didn't object the draft decision in the Article 60 procedure. The CNPD did not provide the actual decisions. We have 3 months to appeal
