The controller sells reputation reports to anyone with an online presence. It scrapes the internet, including social media, to issue these reports. It does not inform the reports targets of the issuance of the reports and illegally relies on the freedom to conduct a business.
The requested access to their data. The controller did not reply and noyb bought the complainants' reports which included items regarding dangerous political content and sexual nudity. The complainants filed rectification requests which remained unanswered. The complaint is about the lack of legal basis, violation of the principle of accuracy, violation of the principle of purpose limitation, violation of the right to access and of the right to rectification.
