KSV 1870 (KSV) tries to convince data subjects to buy their "infopasses" and makes it very difficult to make an Article 15 GDPR access request and uses dark patterns to sell data subjects their own data as "infopasses". KSV also wrongfully implies that an Article 15 information is not suitable for third parties. KSV also delivers "infopasses" almost immediately while it takes almost a month until they answer to an Article 15 access request. We filed a complaint regarding violations against Article 12(1), 12(2) and 12(3) in connection with Article 15 GDPR and a "Anzeige" (report on administrative criminal conduct) with the DSB, providing ample evidence, that KSV's violation of the GDPR happens wilfully and systematically.
