According to the DSB, the controller "fixed" the banner after we filed the complaint (see screenshot).

The DSB says that the controller deleted the personal data and due to the absence of the application for a declaration of the past violation (under § 24(2)(5) DSG) in the original complaint and in any submissions, the DSB dismisses the complaint ("abgewiesen" in German).
