An energy provider rejected a contract with the complainant because of a credit score calculated by the credit rating agency KSV1870. The energy provider as well as KSV1870 violated Article 22 with this automated credit assessment and rejection of the contract with the data subject.
Both controllers also violated various transparency obligations.
