DPC: the privacy statement and cookies policy on the tkmaxx.ie website state that TJX Companies, Inc. and its affiliates operate the TK Maxx sites and that the particular TJX entity responsible for the processing of information (i.e. the data controller) is stated to depend on the location of the data subject.
